I cannot open my computer. When it opens it says WINDOWS XP ProfessionAL AND
THEN WHEN i PUSH THE BUTTEN ENTER FOR GETTIN INTO THE SYSTEM THE COMPUTER
REFUSES TO ALLOW ME IN SAYING THAT THE PASSWORD IS NOT CORRECT. I NEVER USED
A PASSWORD AND JUST PUSJED OPEN AFTER THE WORD ADMINISTRATOR. I CANNOT EVEN
TYPE WITH MY KEYBOARD SINCE IT IS FROZEN AFTER I CLOSED MY STEM

We had similar problem but computer crashed!!!! Twice NO MORE UPDATES FOR ME!

Please do not type in "ALL CAPS" as it is considered shouting and makes it
difficult to read the words you are trying to convey. I think you are going to
need to find a way to "unfreeze" your keyboard, but I do not know what caused
that. As to the password, since you did not have a password on your computer,
someone could easily have done two different things AFTER clicking on
Administrator and logging in to your machine--each of which could take just 10
seconds:

1. Pressed <Ctrl>+<Alt>+<Del> then <C> for Change Password, then filled out the
two new fields and clicked OK.
2. Opened a Command Prompt, then typed: net user Administrator
IHaveNOPassWordAndILikeItThatWay <Enter>, then of course closed the command
prompt and logged off.

In either of these scenarios, your Administrator account would now have a
password, and you would be locked out.
