Hi,
By right clicking any shortcut links, I choose "run as admin" to open
programs.
However, there are none response at all. No error messages are prompted.
No programs are open. Just Nothing Happen!

If they are normal desktop shortcut Icons, you left double-click to open the
Programs from them!

Surely I know double click can open most of the programs but all we know some
programs need to be run as administrator.

Also, please read carefully about the two posts. The post in "Genral
Discussoon" is newer and it points out more specifically that the true
problem is on the shortcuts but not on the location (whether it is desktop or
not).

One Quick way to fix the problem is right click on the shortcut icon an
click on Properties. Under Properties click on Shortcut Tab and look fo
the Location. Open the Location and right click on the source EXE fil
and click on Properties and click on Compatibility Tab and Check in th
box which says Run as Administrator and click on apply. so it’s no
necessary to right click and click on run as Administrator, instead yo
can just double left click the shortcut to open the program a
Administrato
