Hi,
I purchased a Windows Anytime Upgrade Pack for one of my computers.
It is- Windows Vista Home Premium to Windows Vista Ultimate.
It was advertised to come with both 32-bit and 64-bit DVDs but it did not.
The DVD states "This Disc contains 32-bit Software only".
Behind the DVD it reads "If you need a DVD-Rom of the 64-bit software,
simply visit www.windowsvista.com/1033/ordermedia for information on how to
obtain this software."
I visited the site and entered my info but it does not give me the option to
order a 64bit DVD, it only gives the option to buy 32 bit CDs.
I have contacted Microsoft sales support though email but they continue to
tell me that the pack includes the 32-bit and 64-bit software which
unfortunately it does not.

Background done now to the question:

How can I obtain Windows Anytime Upgrade Pack: Vista Home Premium -to- Vista
Ultimate 64bit DVD?

Thanks,

Perhaps you should just Call your credit card company and dispute the
purchase, and charge it back- then purchase this

Ful vista Ultimate x64 version (OEM $179):
'Newegg.com - Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate SP1 64-bit for System
Builders - Operating Systems'

or Vista x86/x64 Ultimate upgrade DVD (retail $184):

'Newegg.com - Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate SP1 Upgrade - Operating
Systems'

I believe I will.
When I purchased this pack it advertised that both DVDs were in the pack
but...

It will probably be quicker as well.

Thanks

Hi,

Are you entering the proper key? You should not be using the key from the
preinstalled Home Premium installation, it would not qualify for this.
