That's a serious Vista problem. Take 2 aspirins and call the Pope.

Now your behavior is getting destructive.

The OP is *not* saying something negative, he is asking for help. Many
people get help for their problems on these newsgroups from people who
voluntarily read and respond to their posts. If the OP has enough sense to
realize that you are a troll and thus to ignore your comment, he might stay
around and get help. But your comment stands a good chance of discouraging
the OP - so you are quite possibly interfering with his getting a solution
to his problem.

Hang it up. You apparently need help, but posting like you did above isn't
going to get you any.

Thanks for the support. I think your response is reinforcing my arguments
by corroborating what I said.

Can you post to other newsgroups on that server? In particular, look for
groups with 'test' in the name. A couple with modest article counts are
microsoft.public.nntp.test and microsoft.public.test.here

Have you tried their other server, news.microsoft.com?

I haven't looked at news.microsoft.com for a while, so I'm not sure it
still exists. Wait - I just checked - it still exists.

umm... I was wrong. I *CAN* post to m.p.w.v.g on news.microsoft.com
I guess I have another problem. When I hit "send", the news agents says
it cannot copy to "Sent" folder. This is only happening on
news.microsoft.com.
