cannot print web pages

When I try to print any webpage, I get this error:

Cannot find file:///C:/Users/[username]/AppData/Temp/Low/I24W0UPB.htm.
Make sure path or Internet address is correct


What's wrong and how can I fix it? Thanks

Your Not By Any Chance Running IE8 Beta 1 Are You? IE8 Beta 1 Currently Has
Some Printing Problems Which Is a Known Issue, Just FYI.

No IE8. I've had this problem since I got my Vista a few months ago.
