cannot re-download language pack after first donload has been canc

I tried to download the french language pack once, but had to cancel the
download for some connexion issue.
Now Update history tells me installation of french language pack has been
canceled.
If I go back to windows update again. I just see the arabic language pack as
available.
The others language pack are not available anymore in the list of optional
downloads on windows update.

either I canot resume installation from the update history, or I just don't
know how to do it.

has anyone had the same issue ?

any body have any idea about how 2 download arabic language pack 4 wi
vista x64 coz i didn't found it !!
