cannot receive emails in windows mail but i can send them

tried everything...or maybe not. When i press send/receive button I get this

Set up Windows Mail to send and receive your BigPond email:

I don't see anywhere that they want you to use SSL as you have it above.
The Port is also odd since standard incoming mail port is usually 110.

Go through the links above and redo your BigPond email account settings.
It may be easiest to just re-create it; your call.
