Keep getting this message "qmgr.dll was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer
entry point cannot be found.

This file cannot be registered.

Anybody got any Ideas as I cannot update anything because of this problem.
This came about after a recent reinstall of xp due to a motherboard failure.

Thankyou...

Could mean the file is corrupt or you have more than one file on the computer.

Try specifying the full path:
regsvr32 %windir%\System32/qmgr.dll

Check that you have all of that module's dependent modules too.

See also this answer given to a Vista user recently who was reporting
the same symptom. The ideas in it apply to your OS too.

Good luck
