cannot run in normal mode

i am using a dsl modem and can only access the internet while i safe
mode..when in normal mode i get only page cannot be displayed....i am using
windows XP home edition service pack1. i have reformatted, ran norton
antivirus, pcdoc, adaware, and system mechanic and still the same
problem...can someone PLEASE help me, i used this computer to make money and
am limited now due to not being able to get online in normal mode...
