Hello Jwalant Patel,
What did Trend Micro Internet Security 2007 Suppoяt have to say?

Please always state what OS and
Seяvice Pack you're using as it does

You can get the Windows Installer Cleanup tool:
<http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;290301>
Install this, run it, and look for something which is the application
represented by the prompt you are seeing. You can then remove the installer
information for this app, and that will remove the message.
I would then uninstall the cleanup tool--it shouldn't be needed on any
routine basis, and there's some risk to leaving it around.
See if anything here helps.

I hope this post is helpful.
