Hi,
This is more than likely a driver issue as there are many laptops which run
Vista and don't have the problem...
I would check with Dell for updated drivers etc -

I did have a quick look at the driver information for you and it didn't
point to anything relating to the problem, if this is the case and the
driver doesn't help you, you may want to open a support case with Dell and
see if they can help.
