Cannot see other Pc Vista Ultimate?

Have an odd problem with my son's PC. I can see his PC in my network
map but it appears at the bottom under devices which cannot be placed
on the map? I am unable to ping his PC yet he can ping mine.

The network setting are exactly the same, discovery is on sharing is
on etc.

When I diagnose his PC his PC I get this message --

Security policy settings on this computer might be blocking the
connection

Policy provider

Filter Name CBF


Any ideas please?

I have another PC running Ultimate and that works fine so it has to be
something he has set wrong?

Sorted! He had installed a trial of AVG 8 which had it's firewall on!!
