Cannot see send/receive in windows live mail

Hi, I hope someone can help me how to get send/receive in windows live
mail I can't find it anywhere.

Who provides your email service? Or to ask that question another way,
what is the part of your email address after the @ symbol?
Your mail provider will typically have a web page that shows how to
set up an email program. If you need more help, tell us the name of
your email service provider.

I read your question completely different from Gary.
Are you asking where is Send/receive button ?
If yes, SYNC is the button. It replaces send/receive.
