Cannot send email in Windows Live Mail

I couldn't use my Windows Mail because it wouldn't send or receive, so
installed Windows Live Mail. I can receive mail OK, but when I try to
send, it gives this error message:

The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's
e-mail address. The sender's e-mail address was
'''' ().
Subject 'Mail'
Server Error: 530
Server Response: 530 authentication required - for help go to 'I'm
getting errors when trying to receive POP mail. What's wrong? - Mail'
(http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/pop/pop-11.html)
Server: 'outgoing.yahoo.verizon.net'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC78
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 25
Secure(SSL): No

Could anyone help me out with this?

Try selecting the My server requires authentication check box, which is
located in the Outgoing Mail Server properties in Windows Mail

Tools>accounts>your account>properties>server tab

If it does not solve the problem remove the check mark.
