cannot send IE7 webpage or MS office 2003 pages directly as email

In IE7 the send page by link is there but is grey and nil happens when I
click it. I have set windows mail as default emai program.

I am not sure if this is related but I have the same problem re MS office.
I want to use office 2003 and it is installed. However when I am in a
program and click on 'file' there is no 'send to' button and i have to save
the page and send from within windows mail. Any suggestions?
