cannot send or receive mail through windows mail with my yahoo account.

I keep getting a pop up saying to enter the username and password for
pop.mail.yahoo.com. How do i set up windows mail to send and receive yahoo
mail?

If you have the free US account, you can't. You need the Premium account.
