cannot sent e-mail from Windows Mail/vista

got a message stuck in the outbox - I cant delete or modify it. Body of text
in the offending mail says
Message could not be displayed
Windows Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this
message. Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again.

Windows Mail

Not Very helpful given that I have 2GB Ram, 140G free disk space and only
vista and Mail running
Having it there stops the rest of the outbox queue until i created another
account so new messages go to the new one instead but I want to get rid of
the message.
The message was a simple reply to a 3 line question with no attachments,
signatures, etc

Any advice?

That page offers two download options. Unless you know for sure
you have 64-bit Vista, use the 32-bit option.
