Cannot sign in window live messenger ver14.. error code 8000ffff

i installed the windows live latest version but
could not sign in windows live messenger. the error code is 8000ffff

Hello,

Uninstall Windows Live completely from the Computer it best to use REVO
uninstaller (Free edition) and run CCleaner then download a fresh copy
and intsall it see whether that fixes your problem

Just to add, this error code means that a component of Messenger is missing or damaged, which
is why reinstalling it will probably correct the issue.
