Problem Description:

SBS 2008 Server Migrated from SBS 2003 Server
SBS Web Applications will not start in IIS 7.0, "This website cannot be started. Another web site may be using the same port"
Cause:
===================
Wrong configuration of the Default Web Site due to migrated from old server. Default Web Site should not use 443 port.
Resolution:
===================
Check [SBS Web Applications] and [Default Web site] settings.
Stop the Default Website, delete the 443 binding from its properties.
