Cannot turn off form submital redirection message after installing

Hi, after i install XP SP2 each time i log in to some of the websites that i
visit regularly. the form submital is being redircted to an insecure
connection message is displayed. i used to be able to turn it of in the
settings in internet explorer. but even after turning it of it is still
displayed after installing XP SP2.
