Cannot turn off media sharing in Vista Home Premium!

I am unable to turn off media sharing in Vista Home Premium. The
"Change" button doesn't work! I can click but nothing happens. This is
pretty much a clean install of Vista. Any ideas?

I am trying to run the TVersity media server program, but to get it to
work with XBOX360, you have to disable Media Sharing, which I am
unable to do!
