Cannot update KB953297

KB953297
I never had a problem before with updates, I cleared the temp files,
history, shut down, restart, the update yellow shield keeps appearing.
Windows xp, sp3,IE7

MS will provide *no-charge support* in getting this
update installed.

I try to navigate around MS's website but can't seem to find (or, I just get
confused!) what to download to fix my Windows Updates. All updates above
fail to install...
Help would be great! Appreciate the assist!! Never had this problem-ever.
I have always been able to update Windows..
