UPDATE:
I was able to install KB925902 manually but it did not fix the other issue.
I still have a "Restart your computer to install important updates" and no
matter how many times I restart the PC the Windows Update is stuck on that....
Please, does anyone know how I can delete the file that is telling WU that I
need to restart the computer?
