Cannot validate the product

When updating the Windows 2003 enterprise server, it prompt me "Cannot
validate the product"

Why?

"nla",

You may have encountered an issue with Microsoft's new "Windows Genuine
Advantage" program, depending on your Product Key and how this server OS was
obtained.

Please try your installation again from the following link, and this time choose
the ""No, do not validate Windows at this time, but take me to the download."

1. Click on the above link.
2. Save this file, instead of opening it
3. Choose a directory you will easily remember, so that you can retrieve the
file and execute it easily.
4. While downloading, uncheck the box, "Close this dialog box when download is
complete"
5. After download is complete, the Open button will activate. Click Open.
6. Follow the prompts, and install Service Pack 1 back onto your system.
