Cannot View Message History

When I try to view the message history I get this message:

The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and
then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

The system cannot locate the resource specified. Error processing resource
'file:///C:/Documents and Settings/lou/My Docume...



Any Ideas?

Do you happen to have IE7 Beta installed? If so, an older version of the beta caused this to
occur, the latest version should fix it:
