I cannot view my "Windows Update" program.

Please help me.
I cannot view my "Windows Update" program since when i opened it, it was
blank, nothing at all, not a single word.
Please help me.
I using Windows Vista Basic.

Try this first:

Some Windows Vista functions may not work, or Windows Vista may stop
responding
