I cannt access DVD drive and usb flash

im running windows enterprise server 2008 on virtual 2007, but i cannt access
DVD drive and usb flash. the operating system on host computer is windows xp
sp3. anyone help me

You can't access any USB device directly. With a DVD drive, you need
to insert the disc and then capture it from the VPC menu.
To access a USB flash drive, you can either use VPC's Shared Folders
or standard Windows networking.
