Cano not save sent messages in windows mail

Since i switched to broadband , shortly there after, i cannot save messages
in windows mail sent folder, and the sent save box is checked.

I can find the messages by typing in the search box subject of the email or
i can send myself a bcc or cc and they come, just do not save in sent folder.

Also in internet explorer/tools/connection my old isp is still showing
under account, but i am not using that. So does that need be there or is it
interfering with any thing?
