Hi i've just bought a new all in one printer from Canon.
Its the Pixma MP190 and i have trouble using the scanner with MP Navigator
EX V1.2
I can without any problems print and make copy's with the inbuild scanner
but
whenever i try to do a scan i get a "cannot communicate with scanner" error
and tells me to check the usb cable.
I tried all solutions i could find like installing with admin rights /
reinstalling /resetting /
installing in safe mode / restarting the WIA service in services.msc / tried
different USB ports on my pc /
turning off usb 2.0 (this one was absolutely useless 'cause i couldn't use
my usb mouse en keyboard)
setting PCI1 (irq) from auto to 7 / Damn there are so many things more i
tried but no avail...
it's weekend and i'm still trying to find a solution for this issue and it's
driving me nuts...
I really would appraciate if someone coould help me with this issue...
What could i do other then dump this canon inside a garbage can and go for
another expensive one or other brand???
Any help would be appreciated...

Did you ensure you have the most up to date drivers from the Canon website?
