Since you are logged onto the Communities site, and I assume you are using
the same ID/Pass for that and Hotmail, it's not your passport at fault.
(There should be a 'sign out' icon at the top of this page)
You may have some temporary problem in your ISP's path to hotmail. You can
test that at the command prompt with the command :
TRACERT
www.hotmail.com
and
PING
www.hotmail.com
If it fails, you have a connection problem, and only hotmail or your ISP
might fix that.
