Can't access https

I can't access https so im on my other computer, I need to know how to get it
to work again. It worked before but doesn't work now so I need help if and
one has any suggestions please post them. I need updates bad. Oh yeah, its a
Windows 98. Before that happpened I don't know if this is possible but, I
might have got rid of my access to the network by uninstalling an adapter
like Microsoft Cilent I think. So any help or suggestions would be very
appriciated.

Open a dos box (cmd on the Start/Run field) and enter these commands and
enter after each command:

regsvr32 softpub.dll
regsvr32 wintrust.dll
regsvr32 initpki.dll
regsvr32 dssenh.dll
regsvr32 rsaenh.dll
regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll
regsvr32 sccbase.dll
regsvr32 slbcsp.dll
regsvr32 cryptdlg.dll

Restart your pc and see if that solves your problem.
