Can't access "pending requests" link/page

Hi all - having been having trouble accessing the link/page for pending
requests. When I first roll over the link it's the pointing finger, but when
I click it, it turns into a "|" (vertical line) and I get an error page
saying the "the program cannot display the webpage". Other info on the page
include mast likely causes as: 1.) not connected to the internet (how could
I sign in if I'm not connected?), 2.) website is encountering problems (for
weeks?), and that 3.) there micht be a typo error in the address (I'm
following a link - not typing anything). Other possible problems described
under "more information" include: a.) Internet connectivity has been lost;
b.) website is temporarily unavailable; c.) DNS is not reachable; d.) the DNS
doesn't hav a listing for the website.

So anyway, I re-downloaded the Win Live Messenger software and did the
"repair" option...No luck.

Has anyone else had this problem and how do you fix it?
Is there some kind of email support for WLM or a KB article about this
anyone's found from MS? (looked but couldn't find one)

In a word...HELP!!!
