RUnning Windows Vista and prior to the automatic update I was able to access
my groupwise webmail, now the page won't open it just hangs...

I checked another pc WIndows XP with firefox and I can get to the site so
it's not the website.

The update occured over night on or around 6/12

It's a secure prefix https://

I have a similar problem running XP SP2. After the automatic installation,
IE7 won't access the internet. I can download my mail in Outlook Express
which means I'm connected to the internet, but IE7 will not connect. I
restored my system to a date prior to the download and IE7
works...reinstalled the patches and IE7 wouldn't work. Had to turn off auto
update and restore prior to patches to get IE7 to work. Don't really like to
run without current security patches, but necessary to be able to connect to
the internet through IE7. Any suggestions?

Hello,

I had the same problem with Groupwise 6.5 webmail on a Vista PC.
Working ok on XP....

Solution:
Internet settings advanced: use SSL 2.0

How to configure Internet Explorer 7 to use GroupWise WebAccess in Windows
Vista.

Security features in Internet Explorer running under Windows Vista may cause
difficulties when browsing to the GroupWise WebAccess client. To remedy this
problem, you need to turn on Use SSL 2.0 in Internet Explorer 7.

Open Internet Explorer 7
Click Tools > Internet Options > Advanced
Make sure Use SSL 2.0 is checked
Click OK
