I am using a real version of Windows Vista Home Premium (not OEM)

Basically, its been past my 30 days, and I need to activiate windows.

I click on "Activate Windows online now" and I get a User Account Control
error saying "User Account Control (UAC) has failed to authenticate the user
The error code is 0x800040002 Description: No such interface supported."

So as suggested by many other post on this site, I clicked on "Use the
automated phone system". Again, I am encountered with the same problem.

Finally, I tried to "acess your computer with reducted functionality"
and I get pop up saying "windows cannot find
....://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=50888 ...............................
Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again."

Basically, there is not one thing I could press.....
Any suggestions?
I am clearly connected to eht internet... but theres not one way, they would
like me activate.

Use the phone activation if your Vista is legal. Hold on and keep(stay) on the line until you get to a live person and explain your situation to him\her

Being as he can't access the phone number with his computer, got a phone
number for the OP in his or her country?

Also, please set your newsreader so that it posts correctly instead of
providing us with a long line of text.

Tired of this crap? Got better things to do with your time than jump
through the flawed and ineffective "anti piracy" programs that Redmond
thinks they have a right to put you through? If so, check out Open
Source where there is not activation or becoming genuine nonsense. Check
it out at www.ubuntu.com/ It's free and they will even pay the postage
to send you a Live CD.

You can get started with phone activation by typing "slui.exe 4"
(w/o the quotes) in the Start Search box in the Start Menu and pressing
Enter.
The phone activation process takes about 6 minutes.

I'm sorry you are having such major problems with microsoft's majorly
buggy DRM!

You need to phone MS:

"If you are located in the United States or in Canada, you can call
(888) 571-2048 to reach the Microsoft Clearinghouse.

If you are located in Australia, you can call 1800 642 008 to reach the
Microsoft Clearinghouse."
