No beeps on post can mean either a CPU problem or a bad CPU connection. On a
desktop, with heavy heatsinks it is not uncommon for this to result if the
computer has been moved around. So if it's a desktop PC, I'd suggest trying
to reseat the CPU before trying anything else.
