***Can't Change Desktop Background***

When I attempt to change the desktop background by right-clicking and
selecting "personalize," and click the "Change Desktop" link, a dialog box
pops up with the following:

Failed to load page
Please return to Control Panel to change your background settings.

When I go to the Control Panel and try it there, it gives me the same
message. What do I need to do to change the desktop background?

Jerome89, I just discovered I have the same results. Have you found the fix?
