Cant change my background

Ok... so I cant change my background. It just started today. I am abl
to go into all of my pictures but when I try to select one of them... i
doesnt change my background. I have tried using the original picture
that came installed and the only thing I can do is change the color o
the background or put up a gateway background. If more info is neede
please let me know

If you can't change Desktop background - Start>Control Panel>Ease of
Access>Ease of Access Center. Under "Make things on the screen easier to
see", deselect the option "Remove background images (where available).
Select "Save".

If that doesn't help, download wallpaper_enable.reg from the following link
- http://www.winhelponline.com/fixes/wallpaper_enable.reg

Save the file to Desktop. Right-click on the file and then choose "Merge"
