Can't connect to Windows Update [Error number: 0x80004005]

I am STILL getting a problem when trying to connect to Windows Update...
plese HELP!!!

Uninstalling windows media player 11 fixed this problem for me.

"Error: 0x8004005" or "Error: 0x800C0005" error messages when you scan for updates

i did the Above and i also get the same page as you. some one please
help
