can't copy-error msgs

I keep getting these error msgs.C00D11ab,C00D11CD. Does
anyone know what they men and how to fix them. They said
either my cd is dirty or I can't use this type. MaxellCD-R
80-brand new. Maybe I set sometihing up wrong. Can anyone
help me? Thanks
