Can't copy songs from itunes to ipod??

So...My computer have installed itunes and music.
But when I connect my ipod it shows up but I cannot transfer songs from itunes to it.
What is the cause of the problem and possible solution?

I have had same issues with my iPOD and iPHONE but always shows some error.
