Can't copy .wmv file to Disney mix max device

I recently purchased a Disney Blu-ray movie that came with a digital copy. I
copied it to my PC, and can add it to the Mix max device, but when I go to
play it, it tells me file is not compatible...I also tried converting using
WM Encoder and same issue...
