i can't create a connection!!!

hello,
i have a huge problem with my vista ISP connection...
...i press new connection then i press on the second option (PPPoE-
wide band connection).. here i fill the form with user, password and
connection name.. for any kind of text i write, when i press "connect"
it tell me something like "impossible make a connection!!"
In this way i can't install any connection!!!

do you have any ideas why it gives me back this error?
i am in big trouble!!!

Open your IE7 and try creating a new connection after deleting all existing
connections.
It might help.

Prior to doing what Robert suggested, power off your ISP modem (or router)
for about 3 minutes. Then power back up.

Does your ISP support a PPPOE connection?

You need to contact your ISP for the instructions on what settings to use
for the connection.
