Too many variables. Since we don't know what the "errors" were or with what
you encrypted the file, I wouldn't bother using it. Delete the file and
download it again. Don't encrypt things unless you completely understand
what you're doing and then back up your encryption keys.
If you get "access denied" errors when trying to delete the file, take
ownership of it. Look up "take ownership" in Vista's Help if you're not
sure how to do that.
