can't delete junk mail message

I reposted this because the original post was so far down the list I figured
no one would read it. I solved my problem and wanted to share it with
everyone. Instead of highlighting the junk folder on left and then
highlighting the message on right and clicking delete I highlighted junk
folder on left and right clicked it and then clicked delete. I don't know
why it allowed me to delete it that way and not the normal way but it
worked.

Thanks for the feedback. Right clicking and choosing the Empty Junk is an available option. Glad it worked.
