After trying to set up a Synch with my Home and work computers I found that
I can't include my work inbox. Microsoft's answer is to delete one
partnership by going to ActiveSync on my desktop PC select File, Mobile
Device and select the Mobile. Then File delete partnership BUT the mobile
device is greyed out and not available. I'm sure threes a simple solution
here. Can anyone help??

Are you doing this with the PPC NOT connected? If this is a WM5 device you
can also now delete partnerships on the PPC directly,
ActiveSync>Menu>Options

Hi,
ActiveSync only allows the user to sync e-mail with the first PC you setup a
partnership with. There is no option to sync e-mail at home and work.

Greg,

If the device is connected to the desktop, then the device will appear
greyed out. Follow the steps below to delete and recreate a partnership --

1. Disconnect the PPC from the computer.
2. In Activesync -> File -> Delete Partnership.
3. Connect the device and follow the onscreen
instructions to setup a new partnership.
