Cant Delete A Shortcut!?

I have a music shortcut that will not delete, when i try to do so thi
messege pops up "file in use... " "The action can't be complete
because the file is open in another program" someone please tell me ho
to delete this!!!

Try deleting it in Safe Mode. Tap F8 repeatedly as the computer is starting
up. This will get you to the right menu. Use your arrow key to select Safe
Mode.
