I installed Vista on another hard drive but I want to get rid of it. I
already changed ownership of the folder with no luck. Is there a third party
program that can delete this?

If there is nothing else on that drive other than Windows, then jus
format the drive

Just a word of caution though: Is the drive in question your primar
drive that the BIOS boots from? If it is, then formatting may kill yo
existing (current) installation. If this happens, then boot from yo
Vista DVD and do a startup repair

Fair enough. Can you not backup those files temporarily to anothe
location first? Such as an external hard disk (if you have one) or to
folder on the drive you want to keep (if there is enough free space)

When the drive in question is clear, you can move the data back..
