I'm being told on my own computer that I don't have admin rights, how can I
chaqnge that......Peter

Would mind listing what you are trying to access in the system? Did anybody
use your computer that might have changed you account privileges? I would
check the Control Panel > User Accounts to see if you are the Standard
Administrator or Limited User.

You might want to create a *real* administrator account:

Be aware that logging on as administrator will give you the ability to
do MAJOR damage to your operating system so proceed with caution.

In some cases depending upon what you're doing, an Admin User is locked down
on Vista with Standard user rights. The Admin rights/privileges must be
escalated by using Run As Administrator.
