If Norton is not installed on the system that the USB device functions
on, then quite obviously it's the cause of ' Vista don't get the new
drivers '.
Consult the Help file or visit Symantec's site to learn how to resolve
this issue since it's not one cause by Microsoft.
Or, you can go to the device's manufacturer's web site and download the
drivers for it. When Vista asks for the CD, point it to the location of
the downloaded drivers.
