Can't download a file in SP1 called .. CAPICOM

I have been trying to download the SP1. I finally go things to work but only
one file won't work..Its called.. CAPICOM.. Im not sure what to do.. I dont
have SP 2 on my computer. I think I need that one file to download before I
can get SP2

Windows XP Service Pack 1 and Service Pack 2?

Just install Service Pack 2 - Service Packs are cumulative. What that means
is that Service Pack 2 contains everything in Service Pack 1 and the
critical updates between service pack 1 and service pack 2's release date.
After installing SP2 - you will have 80+ more updates to download and
install.
